The Portal allows employees to update contact information for activation response; supply Executive Duty Officers with necessary reports and procedures; and provide staff with State Operations Center operational and organization position manuals and reference documentation.
Click the link or image above to access your Cal EMA email via Microsoft Outlook Web Access. You will use your Active Directory credentials to log in, i.e: calema\username (in the form of LastnameFirstinitial), and your AD password - the same password for your desktop Outlook and computer login.
